Welcome to Tres Pinos School- A Community School

Welcome to the 2025/2026 School Year at Tres Pinos Union School, the gateway to south San Benito County and Pinnacles National Park. We are a small rural school district which prides itself on developing the whole child. Our primary goal is to establish an educational environment that enables each individual to feel important and to reach his or her full potential.

What makes our rural school unique is the small school size. Tres Pinos School has 55 students from grades TK-8th grade. Our classrooms are combination classes TK-2, 3-4, 5-6 and 7-8th. We have one Principal/Teacher, three teachers along with a an ELA intervention Teacher, a Math Intervention Teacher, Secretary and two classroom paraprofessionals.

We have a culture that guides students to respect their teachers, their classmates, their school and most importantly themselves. This is done every morning with the reciting of the Pledge of Respect.

One of our most exciting services is our Wellness Center which supports our students socially and emotionally on site through our resident therapist! We have a supportive relationship with the PATHS program through San Benito Behavioral Health, also.

This year we are working with our Community School partners; the YMCA which has brought us the "Fit for Life" PE and health program to our school day and San Benito County Arts Council which has brought to our year Art Classes with teaching Artist Danae Parra in 2025-2026!

The Tres Pinos School is enjoying another exciting and academic year.
